Simple Juice Recipes

  • 8 carrots
  • 2 Navel oranges
  • 1 Meyer lemon
  • 1 small piece ginger
Juicing time: 15 mins Servings: 2

The Carrot Juice Boost is an easy and delicious way to incorporate more carrots and vitamin-C into your diet.  Carrots are rich in vitamin A, beta-carotenes, and fiber and are known to ward off cancer, heart disease, and even improve your vision!  Add a small piece of ginger for a little bit of added spice.


  1. Wash and rinse all fruits and vegetables
  2. Juice Navel oranges with citrus squeezer directly into glass
  3. Squeeze Meyer lemon by hand directly into glass
  4. Juice carrots and ginger and pour into glass
  5. Mix thoroughly and serve

  1. Love the combination of carrot and ginger, I also enjoy apples, celery, carrots and ginger as a morning juice drink which sets me up for a busy day!
